00 — Who we are

FLYWEAR is the data controller for this site. You can reach us at privacy@flywear.world for anything on this page.

01 — What we collect

When you join the drop list we store your email address, your name if you type one (optional), the piece you said you were watching (optional), and which part of the site you signed up from. Nothing else. No payment data, no accounts, no tracking profiles.

02 — Why we collect it

One reason only: to email you about the 2027 release and what follows it. The optional piece and page information tells us which concept pieces people care about, so we know what to actually produce.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time — every email carries an unsubscribe link, or write to privacy@flywear.world. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

03 — Where it lives

The list is stored in our hosted database, protected by access rules that keep the entries private. We do not sell, rent or share your address with third parties.

Two categories of processor act on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, which stores the list, and the email delivery service we use to send the newsletter. Both process your data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. We will name the email provider here as soon as it is in place.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

04 — How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove you, or until the drop programme ends. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.

05 — Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it entirely, ask us to restrict or object to the processing, and ask for your data in a portable, machine-readable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to privacy@flywear.world and we will action it. If you think we handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection supervisory authority.

06 — Cookies

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Only the technical storage the page itself needs to work.

07 — Age

The drop list is meant for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, please do not sign up; if you already have, write to us and we will delete the entry.
